This is the privacy notice of Harmoni Dental. In this document, “we”, “our”, or “us” refer to Harmoni Dental.

- Provide you with our services.
- Provide you with suggestions and advice on products, services and how to obtain the most from using our website.

We shall continue to process this information until the contract between us ends or is terminated by either party under the terms of the contract.

7. Contacting Us Via Our Website
When you contact Harmoni Dental via telephone, our website forms, or email, we securely collect the data you provide to fulfill your request and maintain high-quality service standards. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. We retain this initial inquiry and communication data securely online for a period of 1 year from the date of the last communication. This allows us to track your inquiries and ensure a consistent service experience. If you proceed to become a registered patient, your data will be transferred to our secure Practice Management Software. At that point, the retention period for your clinical and administrative records will be governed by UK statutory and professional health regulations (typically 8 years after the last treatment, or longer for minors).
Use of Information We Collect Through Automated Systems When You Visit Our Website
8. Cookies
This website uses Google Analytics to help analyse how users use the site. The tool uses “cookies,” which are text files placed on your computer, to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behaviour information in an anonymous form.
